How to take back the 95% of your life you don't run.
You are 5% of what you do. The other 95% has a name.
Paperback ₹490 · Hardcover ₹670 · Available on Notion Press, Amazon India, and Amazon worldwide. Flipkart and Kindle editions listing shortly.
Most of what you did today, you did not decide. You were not consulted. Ninety-five percent of your life is run by a part of you that lives below the line of awareness — an old, fast, deeply set part doing exactly what it was built to do, which is to keep tomorrow looking like yesterday.
You have read the books. You have tried harder. You have wondered, in the quiet, whether the problem is just you.
It is not. It is that, all along, you have been talking to the wrong system.
Tame the Animal, Unleash the Beast is a book about reaching the part of you that decides before you do — written from one Indian author's own search, and tested in his own life before being put on the page.
I am not your guru.
I am your case study.
You are 5% of what you do.
The other 95% has a name.

About the author
Narasimha Murthy G is an author and filmmaker based in Bengaluru. He spent the first chapter of his adult life building VRTekh — a 20-year practice in industrial technology — and producing his first feature film, before the night that became this book's prologue: the night he met the animal he had been living inside, named it, and began to study it. Tame the Animal, Unleash the Beast is his first book.
Companion workbooks
The book asks you to spend two weeks watching yourself — first the animal, then the voice. Both templates are here as printable PDFs, matched to the book's design and ready for the pen.
The notes
Leave your email and I'll send one short note each month — writing on discipline, the animal, and the work of becoming. Skippable, deletable, never sold.
